1. Profile Image*

This should be a recently taken, head-shot image of yourself. The quality of this image is very important as it represents you as well as APM to viewers.
Here are some guidelines to adhere to:
1. 1. The image should be professional, well-lit and preferably UNIQUE to the APM website. No 'selfies' please.
2. 2. The image should have 4:3 ratio dimensions and be at least 400px high and 300px wide (other sizes that are acceptable are 800px by 600px and 1600px by 1200px)
3. 3. The image should have a minimum resolution of 200 dpi
4. 4. Please ensure the image has a 'simple' background or one that is family-focused versus corporate looking
5. 5. Aim for business-casual versus formal (the goal is to appear approachable, friendly and 'real').
6. 6. JPG, PNG or PSD file formats only are acceptable

This is the email address that you'd like to have CC'd on messages sent to you through the link or form on your profile page. APM will also receive these messages.

SECTION 3: Working with Agent-Proof Me as an “Approved Real Estate Lawyer”
At APM, we like to keep things simple. Here are the points that define our relationship:

OUR RELATIONSHIP
- Agent-Proof Me is essentially a marketing company – we market exceptional, family-focused Real Estate Lawyers to young(er) families (your job is to live up to the hype and please the socks off of clients!)
- Your relationship with us is voluntary and ‘at will’. You may decide to leave the APM family at any time and for any reason. We also reserve the right to stop promoting or working with you or any Real Estate Lawyer that we choose without notice and for any reason we deem reasonable. Similarly, we reserve the right to bring any Real Estate Lawyer that we choose into the network.
- ALL content on our website is placed there at our discretion and may be removed in the same manner – our website is our greatest tool for promoting you and we will do our best to keep it well-stocked with content and information that our audience will find valuable
- APM will design and hold promotions aimed at generating new leads, we expect you to support and promote these promotions as much as possible (ex: commenting on, sharing and ‘Liking’ on social media platforms that you own or operate)
- You are not authorized as a legal agent or representative of Agent-Proof Me (sorry!)
- We leave the final decision of choosing a Real Estate Lawyer up to the client
- We will follow up periodically with leads originating from APM to ensure that their experience with you was nothing short of spectacular (this means during and after the transaction)
- If you are ever charged with wrong-doing within the legal profession you must notify APM immediately
- We expect that you will continue to be the exceptional professional that you were when we began our relationship and support Agent-Proof Me in the same way that we support you and your business. We reserve the right to remove anyone from our ‘list of approved Real Estate Lawyers’ if he or she is found to be guilty of conducting themselves or business in a way that does not uphold the values of APM. Below is our vision statement, it clearly states several values and the focus that must be upheld by professionals in our network:
“We will be Canada’s Go-To company when looking for honest, family-friendly Realtors®, licensed Mortgage Professionals, Home Inspectors and Real Estate Lawyers who place a strong value on relationships and on putting the needs of their clients first.”

LEADS
- We will do our best to generate quality leads for you via our website, social media accounts, word of mouth and by any other means possible. We cannot guarantee any increase in business or any amount of leads.
- Lead routing is primarily handled via the APM website, but from time to time we may directly recommend a Real Estate Lawyer to an interested person – this is entirely up to our discretion and preference based on who we think is most suited to work with the client (scenario examples include: individuals contacting APM via phone, through a social media account, in person, etc.)
Statement of agreement*

I understand the details and specifics of my relationship as an 'Approved Real Estate Lawyer' with Agent-Proof Me and will do my very best to live up to the expectations of conduct set forth in the above section.
SECTION 4: Statements regarding content use

I hereby grant Agent-Proof Me the rights to publish the content submitted via this form on their website and other digital assets such as social media profiles.
2. Content exclusion*

Agent-Proof Me reserves the right to display or exclude any submitted content (image, file, text, etc.) from your profile page based on whether or not the content adheres to the relevant stated guidelines. Content may also be excluded if it is judged to be below the general standards of Agent-Proof Me and might thus reflect poorly on the brand.
